ANY EQUIPMENT THAT IS TO BE USED AT THIS EVENT IS SUBJECT TO AN ELECTRICAL INSPECTION BY THE ELECTRICIANS. IF THIS EQUIPMENT IS IN UNSATISFACTORY CONDITION, (UNSAFE OR INCORRECTLY WIRED) THIS EQUIPMENT WILL BE DISCONNECTED OR NOT HOOKED UP AT ALL. THIS CALL IS MADE BY THE ELECTRICIANS AND BECAUSE OF SAFETY REGULATIONS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.

Upon arrival, electricity will be provided to the vendor’s space based on the information provided below. The vendor must provide all electrical cords and other items as follows:

• Outdoor grade • 12/3-gauge wiring • Have a ground plug attached

Household extension cords or plugs are NOT permitted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All power strips must be surge protected.

Failure to comply with electrical requirements may result in denial of service until vendor supplies proper equipment.
