Giving Tuesday – New York State Blues Festival Needs Your Help!

The New York State Blues Festival is a community oriented, admission-FREE, all ages gathering that believes in being accessible to everyone who is interested in attending. So as we struggle with the inflationary challenges of our post pandemic world, we need to rely heavily on the generosity of donors like you. Your contribution would make a significant impact on our efforts as we strive to fulfill our mission.

Founded in 1992 with the purpose of preserving and promoting blues music and culture, our nonprofit organization strives to bring the best local, regional and national talent to the stage for this three-day event. Past performers have included legendary artists Dickie Betts, Ronnie Earl, Joe Bonamassa, Otis Rush, Jimmie Vaughan, Bo Didley, Elvin Bishop, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, and more. In recent years the festival has featured impressive line-ups of modern crossover artists including Little Steven & the Disciples of Soul, Larkin Poe, Robert Randolph & the Family Band, Devon Allman Band, and J.J. Grey & Mofro whose set was named the #1 “Best concert of Summer 2017” (Syracuse.com). Blues legend Buddy Guy headlined the 2023 event bringing in a record-breaking crowd that filled Chevy Court.
