Artist Profile: Buddy Manley

Buddy Manley

Mike Buddy Manley singer songwriter and former member of The Measure and Off The Ground. A 2020 Sammy award winner, will be performing at the side tent at the 2026 NYS Blues Festival playing his original blues and selected covers for your listening pleasure.

Basic Festival Rules

We want everyone to be safe and have fun! Below are some basic rules to follow to help ensure that everyone has a good time. All attendees should enter through the Main Gate. We will have a wide range of food and beverage vendors on site, shaded areas, space for your lawn chairs and room for dancing.

No coolers. No tents or large umbrellas. No outside food or beverages. Each patron is allowed one sealed water bottle. No unauthorized video taping or audio recording. No pets.

The New York State Blues Festival is made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
This project is made possible with funds from the Tier Two Project Support program, a regrant program of the County of Onondaga with the support of the County Executive and administered by CNY Arts.
