New York State Blues Festival is Proud to Announce the Line-Up for Their 25th Anniversary Celebration July 7 & 8 2017

Jacksonville, Florida based blues rock jam band, JJ GREY & MOFRO will headline the event with a Saturday night July 8 performance. Supporting acts that day include AMY HELM, CHRIS O’LEARY BAND, and SLAM ALLEN. Legendary blues band THE NIGHTHAWKS w/BOB MARGOLIN will have the prime time spot on Friday night July 7 along with NOAH WOTHERSPOON BAND and NORMAN JACKSON BAND. As always several of the area’s finest local blues groups round out the line-up.

This ADMISSION FREE event will once again be held in Syracuse’s Downtown Clinton Square.

In addition to the weekends activities the organization is excited to announce some expanded pre-festival events including a Wednesday night July 5 concert in the Finger Lakes Ballroom at the Marriott Syracuse Downtown with blues rock guitarist WALTER TROUT and special guest NICK SCHNEBELEN. Tickets are $25 advance, $30 at the door. The fun continues on Thursday night July 6 with BLUES NIGHT ON THE TOWN as several venues will be offering FREE ADMISSION shows.
